What is required for power?

We required a typical 110V outlet within 20 feet of our booth.

How much space is required?

Our typical setup requires at least 8 ft by 8 ft. 10 ft x 10 ft is preferred.

Can the booths work outdoors?

We would prefer all of our booths to be inside. If this is a requirement please reach out.

Why you charge for Green Screen?

There is a considerable amount of effort setting it up. The are layout and lighting considerations.

When is final payment due?

We ask that all payment is finalized before your event.

Is a contract required?

No contract is required.

Can you provide us with a W9?

A W9 can be provided upon request.

Is the Deposit refundable?

Unfortunately your deposit is not refundable.

Do you offer 501(c)3 discounts?

Definitely! Please contact us for more information.

What if my Venue does not have WiFi?

We will not be able to remotely support your booth and our texting feature will not be available.

Are there certain venues you offer a discount?

Absolutely! Currently we have a relationship with Stokely Event Center that allows us to take up to 50% or normal pricing. Please contact Stokely Event Center for more information.

Am I charged if the booth is setup early?

No. Consider it a perk, feel free to use it as much as you like.

My event has a lunch break, does that count for my time?

Unfortunately, yes. But we may be able to work with you.
